Différents traits d’histoire de vie sont étudiés sous l’influence de la salinité et comparés à une espèce congénère &#039;&#039;[[Lestes sponsa]]&#039;&#039;. De l’éclosion à l’émergence, 830 individus sont suivis et nourris le long d’un gradient de salinité. Nous mesurons chez les larves la survie, la vitesse de croissance, la durée de développement ; chez les adultes, la taille et la masse à l’émergence, le succès d’émergence et de vol. Les résultats ont montré que &#039;&#039;[[Lestes macrostigma]]&#039;&#039; est capable de supporter de grande variation de salinité ce qui justifie un caractère d’espèce euryèce et son occupation dans des niches réalisées variées. La salinité a eu un effet sur la survie et le développement, d’autres mécanismes physiologiques/morphologiques seraient à étudier par la suite.<br /> ----<br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;Abstract&#039;&#039;&#039;&lt;br&gt;<br /> In a context of the ecological evolution, we are trying to find out why &#039;&#039;[[Lestes macrostigma]]&#039;&#039;, a species of damselfish (Zygoptera) that is subservient to brackish environments, is also able to grow in freshwater environments. Various features of intrinsic life history are studied under the influence of the salinity and compared to a congenic &#039;&#039;[[Lestes sponsa]]&#039;&#039; species. From hatching to emergence, 830 individuals are monitored and fed along a salinity gradient. We measure in larvae survival, growth rate, larval development; in adults, size and mass at emergence, emergence and fly success. The results have shown that &#039;&#039;[[Lestes macrostigma]]&#039;&#039; can withstand large variations in salinity, which justifies a Euryec species and its occupation in various niches. Salinity has had an effect on survival and development. Other physiological / morphological mechanisms would be studied later.</div>
